If you are not receiving the account activation email after your Vedamo registration is complete please, check your Spam/Junk folder. Occasionally but not often emails sent by Vedamo could end up there.

Note: If you use spam filters (in your email client), emails may be redirected to a different folder than the default Spam/Junk folder.

If there is no account activation email in your Spam/Junk folder, make sure that your email address is typed correctly. If you notice a spelling error in your email address, please, contact the Customer Support team.
