In this article we will show you how the TutorCruncher integration with VEDAMO Virtual Classroom works.

1. When you create a Job in TutorCruncher, a link to a VEDAMO permanent link is created. The link has the name of the Job. It can be changed in the VEDAMO dashboard.

2. When an admin, teacher, or student clicks on the TutorCruncher link (in their TutorCruncher dashboard or an email link) for the first time, VEDAMO creates the Permanent link. From that moment on, the Permanent link is accessible in the VEDAMO Dashboard and can be edited.

3. After creating the job (event) for the teacher/student in order to create the integration with VEDAMO Virtual Classroom, click on the job and select the “Actions” button, then click the “Select Online Integration”.

Then you have to save your progress (integration).

4. VEDAMO automatically creates profiles for Teachers and Students entering the session from a TutorCruncher link. This enables VEDAMO to provide session Analytics.
5. After scheduling the job for the teacher and enrolling the students from the teacher’s profile they can enter the VEDAMO Virtual Session from the blue button “Join your lesson with VEDAMO now”.

6. After the button is clicked you will be redirected to the screen to start the session inside the VEDAMO Virtual Classroom:
