The Virtual Classroom Plan is similar to renting a room for traditional face-to-face classes. You can open one virtual classroom at a time from your VEDAMO account. If at any point you decide that you want more virtual classrooms and better management of multiple tutor and participant accounts with the ability to design courses, you can look into upgrading to the Learning Management System Plan, which may better fit your needs.
No. You can create an unlimited number of classrooms for the duration of your subscription.
You may have as many learners as you want enter the rooms you create for the duration of your subscription. They do not need to create accounts and can access the classrooms without a username or password by simply typing in their names. The only limitation is that you cannot have more than 50 students enter a single session with a camera and microphone connection.
Yes. The premium Virtual Classroom Plan comes with 5 GB of cloud storage space that you can use to store files and keep recordings of your sessions. You have the option of purchasing additional space at any point.
To see your billing details, log into your VEDAMO account, then click on the BILLING AND UPGRADE button under the Your current subscription section on your dashboard. This gives you access to a screen with two tabs. The first tab, Your subscription, allows you to see your current subscription details (the Virtual Classroom Plan and any additional storage you have purchased). You also have the option to upgrade (add more storage), renew your subscription (if it has expired), cancel your subscription or change your billing details. On the very bottom of the page you also have the option of upgrading to the Learning Management System Plan. The second tab, Invoice, allows you to review and print the invoice(s) for your past payment(s).

You may purchase an unlimited number of virtual classroom licences in your premium Learning Management System Plan. Each licence you purchase allows you to have an additional virtual classroom open at the same time. Furthermore, each additional Virtual Classroom Plan that you purchase grants you an additional 5 GB of cloud storage space.
You have five tutors in your academy and you have purchased three virtual classroom licences. Four of your tutors have scheduled virtual classroom sessions at 20:00 today. Three of them can open their virtual classrooms at 20:00, but the fourth tutor will need to wait for one of the other tutors’ sessions to end before they can open a virtual classroom. If you purchase four licences, all four tutors can open the sessions at exactly 20:00.
No. You can create an unlimited number of classrooms for the duration of your subscription. However, the number of virtual classrooms you can have open at the same time depends on the number of virtual classroom licences you have purchased (see the previous question for more information).
In the free plan of the Learning Management System you do have a limit: you can create up to 5 courses and up to 10 lessons per course. With the premium Learning Management System Plan you will not have any restrictions – you will be able to create an unlimited number of courses and lessons.
With the premium Learning Management System Plan you can pay for as many accounts as you need, starting with a minimum of 25 users. As you grow, you can easily buy additional accounts at any time. There are 3 roles you can assign to the accounts you create: Admin, Teacher, and Learner.
Yes. You can upgrade any of the features (number of user licences, simultaneous virtual classrooms and storage) of your Learning Management System Plan whenever you need to by simply pressing the BILLING AND UPGRADE button under the Your current subscription section on your Dashboard. Note that if you upgrade your plan while your current subscription period is running, you will only pay for the remainder of the current subscription period.
You have purchased a 35 EUR Learning Management System licence. Fifteen days pass and you realise that you will need one additional classroom licence, as you need to open two rooms at the same time. You go to upgrade and select the additional upgrade. Since you have 15 days remaining until the next payment period (out of 30 total), you will only pay half (10 EUR) for the classroom for this period instead of the full 20 EUR, as you will only be using it for half the period. At the start of the next payment period you will be billed for the full price of the Learning Management System licence + the full price of the additional virtual classroom licence, i.e., 55 EUR.
Yes. You have the option of purchasing additional space at any point by upgrading your plan. Also, with each new virtual classroom and user account licence, you will receive additional storage (See our Pricing page).

We accept all of the most commonly used types of Debit/Credit cards, i.e., Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Yes. If you request a refund for the subscription plan that you purchased, you will receive a refund proportional to the unused subscription period.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, this will disable automatic payments in the future and you will need to manually renew them prior to the end of the period in order to maintain access to the platform. You will still have access to the features you have already purchased until the end of the current subscription period.
Yes. Once you subscribe to the plan of your choice, the system will automatically charge you using your registered payment method on the due date. If the payment is not successful (due to insufficient funds, an expired payment method, etc.), you will be notified by email so that you may intervene in time before your subscription expires.
Yes. You will receive two reminders for the automatic payments: the first one 10 days before the end of the period and the second reminder one day before the scheduled automatic payment. If you are experiencing issues with your registered payment method or need any additional assistance with your payment, you may contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the chat button in the lower right corner of the VEDAMO website (titled “Chat with us”) to chat with an agent live.
Any transactions carried out on the website are processed by the licensed third-party payments processor, Stripe.
Your sensitive payment information is not handled by us and is not kept on our servers. Instead, you are redirected to Stripe, our payment processing partner, who is certified to handle and protect such sensitive information while processing the transactions.
