  1. When an Authorized user registers on our Platform
  2. When implementing pre-contractual and contractual arrangements
  3. In the case of, or in connection with, performance, modification, completion, or termination of the use of a service (when executing requests from Authorized users, in the course of customer service, etc.

  • Process necessary information so that we may improve and provide the relevant services:

III. Information Company shares:

  3. Partners of the Company – in order to provide certain services to its Authorized users, the Company concludes contracts with third parties (partners). In connection with the provision of relevant services, it is sometimes necessary to provide the relevant partners with the personal data of consumers. An example of this is when an Authorized user decides to take advantage of the built-in Chat Channel on the Platform to send a request to the Customer Service Department. In this case, it is necessary for the Company to provide the personal information of the user to Zendesk.
  4. Banks and payment institutions – in connection with the processing of payments to consumers executed by bank or through a payment institution, it is necessary to exchange data between the Company and the respective bank or payment institution.
  5. Competent authorities in relation to the fulfillment of statutory obligations.
  6. Third parties in connection with the transformation, merger, or transfer of units.

IV. Parental Access and Controls:

Parents and guardians can access the content their child has recently interacted with by signing into the account of the Authorized users. They can pause or stop the activities on the Services. Finally, they can always revoke their consent and refuse the further use or collection of personal information from their child by Customer or Company by informing Customer of such revocation and refusal.

According to our tax and accounting obligations, data about an Authorized user might be retained up to 11 years after the termination of their last contract. Upon the expiration of the deadlines for the processing of personal data, the data is anonymized or deleted/destroyed unless the relevant Authorized user has exercised their right to request the limitation of the processing of personal data relating to them. Authorized users have access to their personal information and can confirm that they are correct and up-to-date, as well as whether or not to receive materials from us or our partners through our Platform by visiting their profile. VIII. Authorized Users Right:

Authorized users have the following rights:
