Slow file upload

There are several possible reasons why you may experience slow file upload times in the virtual classroom:

  1. The file is too big or contains lots of images;
    In this case, the only thing to do is wait out the conversion process.
  2. Slow internet connection;
    You can check out some advice on how to optimise your internet connection speed here: LINK
  3. You’ve set password protection for your file;
    You will not be able to convert a file with a password set. Please, remove password protection from the file and try uploading once again.
  4. The system does not support the file format you are using.
    We support a variety of the most commonly used file types. Make sure that your file is one of them. Here is a list of supported file types:

.jpg, .pdf, .png, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .odg, .odp, .ppt, .pptx, .ods, .odt, .mp3, .mp4, .txt., .rtf, .bib, .xml, .fodt, .html, .ltx, .ott, .pdb, .psw, .xlt, .sdw, .stw, .sxw, .bmp, .emf, .eps, .fodg, .gif, .met, .odd, .otg, .pbm, .pgm, .ras, .std, .svm, .swf, .wmf, .xhtml, .xpm, .potm, .pot, .pps, .sdd, .sti, .sxi, .csv, .dbf, .dif, .fods, .sxc, .ots, .slk, .stc, .avi
