List of rules present in our support policy

The technical support for the Services includes updates, upgrades and access to technical help, specified as follows:

  1. Training video materials for using the VEDAMO system, available on the website and in each virtual room.
  2. Questions and Answers section (knowledge base), available on the website.
  3. Two-hour training on the use of the system.
  4. Technical support via e-mail, in case of problems during the use of the VEDAMO system.
  5. Webinars dedicated to the VEDAMO system as a whole and to its new functionalities.

The Provider will update and amend its Technical Requirements and Support Policy with a view to ensuring quality, relevance and security of the Service in the interest of the users.
