ESF – Empreendedor Sem Fronteiras is a company that offers English language courses to Brazilian adults. The courses are based on a special methodology aimed at improving learners’ pronunciation and fluency quickly and easily.
They use a variety of learning media and content. To achieve better results they needed a solution for live contact between the students and the tutor. Most of their customers are professionals over the age of 30 with families, and who lead busy lives. That is why ESF decided to offer live classes online as a more flexible and time-saving solution.
